Information on luggage storage and changing rooms before and after check-in, discounted lift tickets for hotel guests, convenient shuttle service and more. Enjoy a comfortable ski trip at our inn, right next to the slopes.

チェックインのご案内

【チェックイン15：00～】
 

  • チェックインまでに、スキーにお出かけの際には、地下乾燥室に更衣室と荷物置き場がございますのでご利用ください。

  • 貴重品類はコインロッカーをご使用いただくか、ご自身でお持ちいただくようお願い致します。

  • 金品等の盗難・紛失等、当館は一切の責任を取りかねますので、ご了承下さい。


【宿泊者用割引リフト券の販売】

​　ご宿泊者用割引でフロントにてご購入いただけます。

  • 宿泊割引リフト料金表はこちらからご確認下さい。また、ハチ・ハチ北おトクだデー・こどもデーなどのリフト券が安い日もございます。リフト券購入後（引き換え後）は、払い戻しができませんのでくれぐれもご注意願います。

  • シニア（60歳以上）の方はリフト割引券をフロントでお渡ししていますので、チケット売り場でご購入いただいた方が安くなる場合がございます。
    ※回数券、午後券、その他のチケットはチケット売り場でご購入ください。


【帰館から入室まで】
 

  • スキーウェア等のスノーグッズは、地下乾燥室をご利用ください。

  • レンタルをご利用のお客様は、翌日もご利用の際にはご自身で地下乾燥室に置いて下さい。

  • お部屋へのご案内は、先に代表の方がフロントへお越しいただき、チェックインの手続きを済ませてからさせていただきます。

  • 万が一に備え緊急避難経路をご確認下さい。

 

[Check-in from 3:00 PM]

  • Before check-in, if you are heading out to ski, please use the changing room and luggage area in the basement drying room.

  • Please use a coin locker for valuables or keep them with you. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss.

 

[Discounted Lift Tickets for Guests]

  • Discounted lift tickets for hotel guests are available at the front desk. Please check the guest lift ticket price list here. There are also days with cheaper lift tickets, such as Hachi/Hachikita Bargain Days and Kids Days. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase (exchange).

  • Seniors (60+) receive a lift discount coupon at the front desk, which may be cheaper when used at the ticket counter.

  • *Please purchase multi-ride, afternoon and other tickets at the ticket counter.

 

[After Returning from the Slopes until Entering Your Room]

  • Please keep ski wear and snow gear in the basement drying room.

  • If you are renting equipment and will use it the next day, please leave it in the basement drying room yourself.

  • We will show you to your room after the group representative has completed check-in at the front desk.

  • Please check the emergency evacuation route just in case.

チェックアウトのご案内

【チェックアウト 〜10:00】

　

  • 9時～10時頃はチェックアウトで混み合いご迷惑をおかけするがございます。お食事の前後など、空いている時間に、ご宿泊料のご精算を先に済ませておいて、お部屋の鍵だけ退出時にお戻しいただいてもかまいません。ご協力の程お願い申し上げます。

  • お車以外でお越しのお客様は、お帰りの際バス出発時間をご確認の上送迎時間をフロントへお伝え下さい。
     

【更衣室・荷物置き場】
 

  • チェックアウトの後、スキーにお出かけの際には、地下乾燥室に更衣室と荷物置き場がございますのでご利用下さい。

  • 乾燥室に置いている道具など、他のお客様のものととり間違いの無い様ご注意下さい。

  • 貴重品類はコインロッカーをご使用いただくか、ご自身でお持ちいただくようお願い致します。

  • 金品等の盗難・紛失等、当館は一切の責任を取りかねますので、ご了承下さい。

  • お車でお越しのお客様は、ゲレンデにお出かけの前に、必ず車のキーを駐車場係員または、フロントへお預け下さい。


【ゲレンデから帰館後お帰りまで】
 

  • お帰りの日のチェックアウト後、ゲレンデからお戻りになりお帰りの前にもご入浴できます。

  • お帰りの際の夕食も承ります。お風呂につかって疲れを癒しさらに、お食事をお召し上がりいただいてお帰りください（要予約16:00-18:00）。

  • お車でお帰りの際、ひさ家から駐車場料金所までの600mが一番急で狭い下り坂で、雪道では登りよりも下り坂の方が危険です。雪が降ってなくとも、夕方には昼間とけた雪が凍結している場合がございますのでご注意下さい。

  • お帰りの前に、今一度お忘れ物がないかご確認いただき、駐車代キャッシュバックをお済ませの上、お気をつけてお帰り下さい。

 

[Check-out by 10:00 AM]

  • The front desk can be busy with check-outs from around 9:00 to 10:00 AM. You are welcome to settle your bill in advance at a quiet time, such as before or after a meal, and simply return your room key when you leave.

  • Guests not traveling by car: please check your bus departure time and let the front desk know when you would like to be taken to the bus stop.

 

[Changing Room / Luggage Storage]

  • After check-out, if you are heading out to ski, please use the changing room and luggage area in the basement drying room.

  • Please take care not to mix up your gear with other guests' belongings in the drying room.

  • Please use a coin locker for valuables or keep them with you. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss.

  • Guests arriving by car must leave their car key with the parking attendant or front desk before going to the slopes.

 

[After Returning from the Slopes until Departure]

  • On your departure day, you may bathe again after returning from the slopes.

  • Dinner before departure is also available. Relax in the bath and enjoy a meal before heading home (reservation required, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

  • When leaving by car, the 600 m from Hisaya to the parking toll gate is the steepest and narrowest downhill stretch; on snowy roads, going down is more dangerous than going up. Even without snowfall, snow melted during the day may refreeze in the evening, so please take care.

  • Before leaving, please check for forgotten items, complete your parking cashback, and have a safe trip home.

    但しタオルは1泊に付き、1名様1枚をご提供いたしております。翌日お風呂をご利用の際は、お部屋に持ち帰りご利用くださいませ。


【お食事】
 

  • お食事処営業時間/お食事のお時間は、チェックインの際にご案内申し上げます。

    ご 朝 食 … 8：00 ～ 9：00迄　（同上）

  • 但馬の宅配品（但馬の味をお届けしています。ご贈答、ご自宅用にご利用下さい。）

  • ※ギフト用パンフレットを用意しております。フロントへお声がけ下さい。

  • 契約農家の無（減）農薬野菜・米、真心込めて育てた但馬牛、香住港直送のかにと魚介類、地元の安心・安全・健康食材を基本に使用しています。季節ごとに美味しく召し上がりいただける食事テーマを設け、健康茶・飲泉（ラジウム泉）と合せご提供いたしております。

  • お帰りの際の夕食も承ります。（要予約16:00-18:00）


【里山健康コーナー】
 

  • モーニングコーヒーサービス
    毎朝挽きたてのコーヒーをご自由にご飲用いただけます。
    ご利用時間 … 8：00 ～ 10：00迄

  • 健康測定コーナー／健康茶コーナー／卓球コーナー／ストレッチコーナー：全て無料

  • 筋肉痛の予防・改善、ケガの防止にストレッチがお勧めです。スキーに出る前や、温泉入浴後にご利用下さい。
     

【客室サービス】
 

  • お部屋には、ご宿泊人数分のハンドタオル・歯磨きセットとバスタオル及び大人用浴衣を置いてあります。浴室脱衣場に男性用髭剃り・ヘアブラシ・ドライヤーを置いております。

  • 浴衣サイズは大人用の中サイズを置いておりますが、小サイズ・大サイズが必要な方、又子供用浴衣（大・中・小）が必要な方は、フロントへお申し出下さい。

  • 夕食時にお布団敷きのサービス（合宿プランを除く）で係りの者がお部屋に入らせていただきます。
    貴重品やアクセサリー等がお布団式で紛れないようくれぐれも注意させていただいておりますが、万が一に備えお客様ご自身でも金庫をご利用いただく等ご留意願います。

[Bath (Radium Hot Spring)]

  • Day of arrival: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Day of departure: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (winter season only)

  • Towels are provided at one per person per night. If you plan to use the bath the next day, please keep your towel in your room.

 
[Meals]

  • Dining hall hours and meal times will be explained at check-in.

  • Dinner: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2F Dining Hall) / Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (same)

  • Delivery of Tajima specialties is available, perfect as gifts or for home. *Gift brochures are available; please ask at the front desk.

  • We use safe, healthy local ingredients: pesticide-free and reduced-pesticide vegetables and rice from contract farms, carefully raised Tajima beef, and crab and seafood delivered directly from Kasumi Port. Seasonal meal themes are served with health tea and drinkable radium spring water.

  • Dinner before departure is also available (reservation required, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

 
[Satoyama Health Corner]

  • Morning coffee service: freshly ground coffee every morning, free of charge (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM).

  • Health check / health tea / table tennis / stretching corners: all free.

  • Stretching is recommended to prevent and relieve muscle soreness and avoid injury. Please use it before skiing or after bathing.

 
[Room Services]

  • Each room has hand towels, toothbrush sets, bath towels and adult yukata for the number of guests. Razors (for men), hairbrushes and hair dryers are available in the bath changing area.

  • Adult yukata are size M. If you need size S or L, or children's yukata (L/M/S), please ask at the front desk.

  • Our staff will enter your room during dinner to lay out the futons (except training camp plans).

  • We take great care so that valuables and accessories are not misplaced when laying out the futons, but please use the safe just in case.

交通手段のご案内

【マイカー以外でお越しのお客様】
 
最寄のバス停（全但高速バスまたは全但路線バスの場合は「福岡ハチ北口」、リモンバス（神姫バスツアー）の場合は「ハチ北（大笹）旅館街」）から、旅館までの間は当方で送迎いたしますので、到着予定時間を前もってお知らせ下さい。
※事前にお知らせいただいた最寄のバス停到着時間が遅れや変更になった際には、お手数ですがご連絡願います。
 
【マイカーでお越しのお客様】
 

  • 当館付近は豪雪地帯であり、道が狭く急な坂道がございます。スタッドレスタイヤを装着しているお車でも、タイヤチェーン（金属制）をご準備下さい。
    雪道運転の心配な方は「ハチ北道の駅」または「ハチ北観光協会」の駐車場にお迎えにまいりますのでご連絡ください。

  • 現地積雪状況をライブカメラでほぼリアルタイム（1分更新）でご覧いただけます。
    雪道ライブカメラ　…　お越しになるまでの道路状況をご確認いただけます。

  • アクセスについてはコチラのページをご確認ください。

  • お車は下記見取り図の、ひさ家宿泊者専用駐車場か、満車の場合は周辺駐車場をご利用下さい。

　※館内駐車場は大変に狭くなっておりますので、十分にご注意願います。


※お車の鍵は必ず駐車場係員または、フロントへお預け下さい。当方で、お越しになるお客様の車と、お帰りになる車の入替えをすることがあります。お車の防犯装置や自動エンジンスターター等、特別な装備のある場合お申し出下さい。なお当方で、車を動かすことをご了承いただけない場合には、ゲレンデ駐車場をご利用下さい。

※駐車場内でのお客様ご自身の運転による事故に関しまして、当館では一切の責任を負いかねますので、予めご承知下さい。

※お車のお預かりは9：00以降でお願いしております。9：00より前ですとお帰りのお客様との入替えがあり、駐車場の確保と駐車場係員の対応ができかねる場合がございます。その際には、ゲレンデ駐車場をご利用いただくこともございます。予めご了承下さい。

※繁忙期には、屋外駐車場をご利用いただく場合もございます。その際には、お車の雪降ろしや荷物運びなどはお手伝いさせていただきますので、スタッフへお申し付け下さい。

※ご宿泊者には、入山料（駐車場代）のキャッシュバックがあります。お帰りまでに忘れずに、駐車券をフロントへお持ち下さい。駐車券をお持ちいただけない場合（紛失・提出忘れ）には、キャッシュバックできませんのでお気をつけ下さい。

 

[Guests Not Traveling by Car]

  • We provide free pick-up between the nearest bus stop and the inn ("Fukuoka Hachikita-guchi" for Zentan express or local buses, or "Hachikita (Osasa) Ryokan-gai" for the Rimon Bus / Shinki Bus Tour). Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

  • *If your arrival time at the bus stop is delayed or changed, please contact us.

 

[Guests Traveling by Car]

  • The area around the inn receives heavy snowfall, and the roads are narrow and steep. Even with studless winter tires, please bring (metal) tire chains. If you are worried about driving on snow, we can pick you up at the parking lot of "Michi-no-Eki Hachikita" or the "Hachikita Tourist Association"; please contact us.

  • You can check the current snow conditions on our live camera (updated every minute). Snow road live camera: check road conditions on your way here. For access information, please see this page.

  • Please park in the Hisaya guest parking lot shown on the map below, or in a nearby parking lot if it is full. *The parking lot is very narrow, so please drive carefully.

  • *Please always leave your car key with the parking attendant or front desk, as we may move cars when guests arrive and depart. Please tell us if your car has a security system, remote engine starter or other special equipment. If you prefer that we do not move your car, please use the ski area parking lot.

  • *We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents caused by your own driving in the parking lot, or for theft or loss.

  • *Car drop-off is from 9:00 AM. Before 9:00, cars of departing guests are being moved, so we may not be able to secure a space or have an attendant available; in that case, you may be asked to use the ski area parking lot.

  • *During busy periods, you may be asked to use the outdoor parking lot. Our staff will be happy to help clear snow from your car and carry luggage.

  • *Hotel guests receive a cashback of the area entry fee (parking fee). Please be sure to bring your parking ticket to the front desk before leaving. Cashback is not possible without the parking ticket (lost or not submitted).

レンタルスキーのご利用がある場合には、あらかじめ事前予約を伺っております。ひさ家目の前の「レンタルショップSP」にてレンタルしていただけます。

[Reservation Confirmation]

  • If there are any changes to your stay dates or number of guests, please contact us. Changes and cancellations can be made here.

  • Guests who booked by phone without deciding on their meal plan: please contact us at least two weeks before your stay. If we cannot reach you, your reservation may be treated as cancelled.

  • If you did not tell us your means of transportation and expected arrival time when booking, please let us know before your stay. In particular, guests arriving by bus who need pick-up should inform us in advance.

  • Guests who booked online will receive a reservation confirmation email; please read it.

[Rental Ski Reservations]

  • If you would like to rent ski equipment, we ask that you reserve in advance. Rentals are available at "Rental Shop SP" right in front of Hisaya.

  • Please apply at least three days before your stay. Rental ski reservations for hotel guests can be made here.
