The percentages indicate the cancellation fee as a percentage of the base room rate.

If the contracted number of nights is shortened, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night (the first night) will be charged, regardless of the number of nights shortened.

For telephone reservations of 4 rooms, a deposit of 30,000 yen will be collected in advance. For stays: The 30,000 yen deposit will be deducted from the total accommodation charges at the time of checkout on the day of your stay. For partial cancellations: Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our standard cancellation policy. Please note that the 30,000 yen deposit will be deducted from the total accommodation charges at the time of checkout. For cancellations of all rooms: The 30,000 yen deposit will not be refunded. *We will provide instructions on how to pay the deposit at the time of booking.

For reservations made through sites other than this one (Rakuten, Jalan, Ikyu, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), the cancellation policy differs from the one listed below. The cancellation policy for the specific plan on each respective site will apply. For details, please check the cancellation policy on the site where you made your reservation.
