契約日数が短縮した場合は、その短縮日数にかかわりなく、１日分（初日）の違約金を収受します。

4室以上の電話予約の場合、予約金として予約人数×5,000円を事前にお預かりいたします。お預かりした予約金は、宿泊料金の一部として当日のご精算時に充当いたします。一部キャンセルの場合は、通常のキャンセル規定に基づきキャンセル料を申し受けます。全室キャンセルの場合、予約金は返金いたしかねます。

<Cancellation Policy>
(Note)
The percentages indicate the cancellation fee as a percentage of the base room rate.
If the contracted number of nights is shortened, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night (the first night) will be charged, regardless of the number of nights shortened.
For telephone reservations of 4 or more rooms, a deposit of 5,000 yen per guest will be collected in advance. The deposit will be applied toward the accommodation charges and deducted from the total amount at the time of payment on the day of your stay.
In the event of a partial cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
In the event of cancellation of all rooms, the deposit will not be refunded.
Instructions on how to pay the deposit will be provided at the time of booking.
For reservations made through sites other than this one (Rakuten, Jalan, Ikyu, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), the cancellation policy differs from the one listed below. The cancellation policy for the specific plan on each respective site will apply. For details, please check the cancellation policy on the site where you made your reservation.
